The event will go ahead in light rain or moderate wind – please dress accordingly. If severe weather (strong winds or heavy rain) forces a cancellation, we’ll notify you via email and SMS. There is no alternative date.

If the event is cancelled 24 hours before it begins, refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled on the day due to sudden severe weather, refunds unfortunately cannot be offered.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (excluding alcohol). There will also be food vendors on site offering Halaal and vegetarian options like pizzas, shawarmas, burgers, popcorn, sweets, coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages (cash and card).

Yes – free on-site parking is available at the gardens.

Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
