The event will go ahead in light rain or moderate wind – please dress accordingly. If severe weather (strong winds or heavy rain) forces a cancellation, we’ll notify you via email and SMS. *There is no alternative date.* TICKET REFUND POLICY? If the event is cancelled 24 hours before it begins, refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled on the day due to sudden severe weather, refunds unfortunately cannot be offered. CAN I BRING FOOD? Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (excluding alcohol). There will also be food vendors on site offering Halaal and vegetarian options like pizzas, shawarmas, burgers, popcorn, sweets, coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages (cash and card). PARKING? Yes – free on-site parking is available at the gardens. ACCESSIBILITY? Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. SAFETY/SECURITY? For everyone’s safety, the following items are not allowed: - Illegal substances - Open flames (BBQs, gas stoves, candles, sky lanterns) - Fireworks or laser devices - Tents, gazebos, large umbrellas, or pop-up structures - Balloons - Promotional materials (unless pre-approved) - Pets (except registered assistance dogs) # CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE EVENTS?
